How long will it take for my package to be dispatched?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 working hours, though this is not guaranteed. During busy periods, our turnaround time is likely to increase so please take this into consideration before ordering.
All DIGITAL DOWNLOAD ORDERS placed anytime Monday - Friday are also completed within 48 working hours. (average time is 3 hours)
If any problems arise with your order, ie. missing information, this will delay your order and with it, dispatch time.
Orders placed on Friday afternoon, or over the weekend will not processed until Monday.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Once the item has been dispatched, the time in which it takes to arrive is out of our hands. The average deliver time is currently within 48 hours of dispatch) We ask that you allow up to 7 working days before contacting us regarding you order not arriving.

Lost Items
Packages are not considered lost until 7 working days after posting. If that time has passed, please contact us at info@cosmicclp.co.uk
Incorrect Address
If your package has not been marked as dispatched, please contact us at info@cosmicclp.co.uk ASAP with the subject line 'DELIVERY ADDRESS AMENDMENT'.
If the order has already been dispatched to the address provided, then we would contact you should the package be returned.Otherwise, the responsibility lays with you to contact the relevant delivered to arrange a collection. We accept no liability or responsibility for incorrect information provided by you.
Missing packages from incorrect details being provided are not replaced and it is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate delivery details at the time of purchase.
