How do I order CLP?

What information do you need for CLP? 

For CLP we require the following information: 

  • Your business/trading name 
  • Your business address 
  • Your business contact number
  • Your supplier(s) name
  • Your scent name(s)

**You are required to provide your business name, number and address by law,. If you do not provide us with this information, we will be unable to fulfill your order**

My fragrance oil or supplier is not listed on your website?

Please contact us if your supplier or fragrance is not on our list. We will announce new suppliers to our newsletter which you can join here.

 

Why do some of my CLPs not have pictograms and warnings on them? 

All CLP labels are different, as all fragrances contain different ingredients and hazards. Not all CLPs require pictograms and hazardous statementsWe use the CLP information provided directly by the suppliers, so if you have any queries, please contact your supplier directly. 

 

Why does my label just say “Safety Data Sheet available on request”?

How do I order logo stickers? 

Please follow the instructions here

PLEASE NOTE: You will need to provide us with a clear, high quality image. If your logo is not of good quality, we will not be able to fulfill your order. 

Unless you provide us with some specific instructions your logo will be placed onto round labels exactly how it is sent across including any borders.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
